Thirty-five cows have been found dead in a temporary refuge in Kandi village at Bahadurpur at Prayagraj. The incident triggered a huge protest from the natives against the inadequate control of this cow sheds.
The incident forced the natives to point a demonstration against the bad control of this cow sheds. While sailors declared that the neglect on the part of the officers was blamed, babus alleged the cows expired because of lightning.
The incident happened in a temporary refuge in Kandi village at Bahadurpur at Prayagraj.
District Magistrate Bhanu Chandra Goswami explained that constant rains and lightning are the primary reason for the deaths. The episode happened a couple of days later Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led officials to make sure the cow sheds are both self-reliant and all amenities are supplied to the animals so as to shield them.
Chief Development Officer, Prayagraj, Arvind Singh said that there were 344 creatures at the bunny shelter.
